Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Sealed Market mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Sealed Market is a portfolio tracking and analytics platform for collectible trading card game (TCG) products. The App provides:

• Real-time price aggregation from public marketplaces
• Portfolio tracking with cost basis and profit/loss analytics
• Historical price charts and trend data
• Artist performance profiles and scoring
• Product search and catalog browsing
• Push notifications for price alerts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App or its data
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained from the App without written permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

Sealed Market aggregates pricing data from third-party marketplaces. This data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

• Prices may not reflect real-time market conditions and may be delayed
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data
• Portfolio valuations are estimates based on available market data
• You are solely responsible for any buying, selling, or trading decisions

Sealed Labs is not a financial institution, broker, or investment advisor.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Sealed Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Trading card images, names, and related marks are the property of their respective rights holders (e.g., The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast). Sealed Market displays this content under fair use for informational and reference purposes.

Sealed Market may offer subscription tiers with premium features. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sealed Labs shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App
• Financial losses resulting from reliance on pricing data or analytics provided by the App
• Service interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in the data

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sealed Labs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.
